My only change would be that i was not really in a position to butter my toast or pour my tea when it was delivered, so maybe this could be offered. Other that that a great hospital.

Would have given 5 stars on last question but one nurse seemed more interested in leaving things to the night crew rather than do them herself including leaving a used drip in my arm at least 2 hours after it had finished and not reusing the blood drain from my leg, when the night shift came on board they said it was too late to use as 5 hours old, it should have been transferred earlier.

Very pleasant experience considering what i was about to go through in surgery. Only concern was that the room was bit warm even though i turned the radiator down to zero

An excellent service by all concerned with my care. The only blip being i had to wait forty minutes for pain killers for a knee replacement op which is the most painful of ops performed there.

I was a day patient for some nasal work, from the minute I arrived to the time I left, every member of staff I encountered was very friendly and professional.
A special mention to my Staff Nurse 'Princess' who was very thorough, friendly and funny. A credit to the hospital. Also showing great tutoring to the assistant nurse from Anglia Ruskin.
I was an NHS patient although the experience felt like i was in Premium Care, having experienced that previously at a different hospital, i found no difference whatsoever.
My private room was clean, tidy and a nice temperature throughout my stay. The food i chose was of a good standard too.
I enjoyed my stay at Springfield Hospital and would certainly recommend it to others if they have the choice. If i ever need to have an operation again and it's covered at this hospital, i will choose this one without a doubt.

From the moment you arrive in your room you are looked after totally, the staff are all so friendly and always smiling, shows they are happy to work there,food is good which helps with the healing process, and the fact you have your own room with ensuite is perfect.The added bonus a tv in the room which keeps the boredom at bay would recommend this hospital

From the gentleman that took me to my room to the younger care staff everyone made me feel very cared about and that my needs where met. Sue my nurse did all she could to make me feel listened to and put my anxieties to rest. A superb lady and nurse. The physio that saw me twice was very careful to be sure I understood what I need to do to aid my recovery. First class service all round.
